Ulster University continues to engage with a growing network of employers to support the development of graduate talent and economic recovery through a partnership approach. The strength of this powerful employer and higher education network is informing a new and transforming approach to collaboration, curriculum and solutions to real world connected experiences for students and graduates.
Last year Ulster University launched its first Graduate Employer Survey, and this initiative has ensured that the employer voice has informed campus-based and digital learning experiences that will improve student and graduate success, enabling sustainable growth and economic recovery across the NI region and beyond.
As societal and economic changes continue at pace, Ulster University has launched the 2022 Graduate Employer Survey to capture current views on skills needs, recruitment practices and challenges, and inclusion within the labour market.
If your organisation is involved in the recruitment of graduates, please take 10 minutes to complete the survey. All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a free place at Ulster University’s Graduate and Placement Fair in October 2022. A summary of findings will be shared with all survey respondents.
