Triangle Progression to Employment Service Launches New Pathways to Employment Programme with Michelin Development
Triangle Progression to Employment Service and Michelin Development, are delighted to announce a partnership programme to support unemployed disabled and neurodivergent participants into meaningful and sustainable employment throughout County Antrim.
Northern Ireland has the highest disability employment gap in the UK. The latest figures* report that the employment rate for disabled people in Northern Ireland is 38.3% while the rate for those without a disability is 85.9%.
The programme will run over 15 months and is designed to offer wrap around employment support through the internationally recognised 5 Stage Supported Employment Model .There will be a focus on providing person centred ‘in work’ support to both the participant and the employer. ‘In work support’ is a crucial element of the model and assists with onboarding, job coaching and career progression.

We are delighted to receive funding from Michelin Development to focus on supporting disabled and neurodivergent participants to find and maintain paid employment which will be underpinned by professional job coaching and a recognised European quality framework’
