Translink is reminding everyone travelling into Belfast during Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, August 2 – 9, to plan ahead, leave extra time for journeys and expect bus and train services to be very busy.
Fleadh visitors and anyone working or using other city centre services during the Fleadh should use public transport, dedicated Fleadh Park & Ride sites, walking or cycling where possible for travel into and around Belfast city centre.
Ulsterbus, Metro and Glider services will be operating with enhanced capacity as well as some minor alterations to bus stop / pick-up points.
NI Railways will operate a revised timetable with enhanced capacity and additional late night bus and rail services will be in place.
Special Fleadh day return bus services will also depart towns and cities across NI and are available to book online.
