The Millennium Forum team recently completed their Evacuation Chair Key Trainer Course, delivered by EVACNI. This vital training gives the team at the Forum the vital tools and training needed to bring all their staff up to date with the latest in evacuation procedures using state-of-the-art equipment designed to help them evacuate the most vulnerable theatergoers in the event of an emergency.
The scheme was supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland through its Small Capital Grants programme.
This is the latest initiative adopted by the North West’s leading arts venue as part of its continuing developments in Accessibility, ensuring that the theatre is fully equipped to provide an ‘access for all’ experience throughout the theatre.
