Taking place on 23 October at ICC Belfast, Sustain X is delivered by the non-profit MLN and supported by a partnership of leading public and private sector organisations including the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, Belfast City Council, Solmatix Renewables, ICC Belfast and Danske Bank.

The summit will bring together more than 400 leaders for a day of insight, discussion and action focused on one of the defining leadership challenges of our time: responding to climate change while building resilient, future-focused organisations.

Featuring a line-up of globally-renowned speakers, SustainX will explore themes such as: AI & Visioning the Future; Leadership & Truth; Choice & Behaviour; and Legacy & Collective Action. Speakers include climate leadership author Mike Berners-Lee, futurist and AI thought leader Dr Lollie Mancey, leadership and collective action expert Kingsley Aikins CBE, and behavioural scientist and best-selling author Richard Shotton. Each will explore how leaders can navigate profound environmental, economic and societal change, harness innovation, influence behaviour and turn insight into meaningful action. The Summit will provide delegates with fresh thinking, practical strategies and inspiration to help them lead with purpose and shape the organisations, economy and society of the future.
