Supporting Homeless Families and Communities Across Northern Ireland

Sumer NI is thrilled to announce that, through a year of dedicated fundraising efforts, we have raised an incredible £9,210 for the Simon Community, supporting their vital work with homeless individuals and families across Northern Ireland.

This achievement would not have been possible without the generous contributions from our friends, family, clients, and staff. Your unwavering support and commitment to this cause has been a constant source of inspiration throughout the year.

“It has been a fun year from bun sales, to abseils, Valentine’s messages, five-a-side games, marathons, and sleepouts,” said Caitlin Barber, Head of our Charity Committee at Sumer NI “Each activity, no matter how big or small, brought us together to make a real difference for those in need in our community.”

In addition to fundraising events, our team also volunteered their time to help create hampers for families in need, ensuring they had essentials and a little holiday cheer. At Christmas, we saw generous donations from our staff, which went directly to supporting homeless families across Northern Ireland, helping to provide them with hope and comfort during the festive season.

“We are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished, and we want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been a part of our fundraising efforts,” said Brian Clerkin, Managing Director at Sumer NI “The kindness and dedication of our entire team has been truly inspiring. Together, we’ve made a tangible impact on those who need it most.”

Looking ahead, Sumer NI remains committed to supporting charities across Northern Ireland. We thank everyone who has supported us this year, and we’re excited to keep working together for positive change in the future.
