Southern Regional College recently launched the Women Returners programme under the Skill Up, Flexible Skills Programme funded by the Department for the Economy, for 12 participants in the Greenshoots Campus, Newry.

Participants will work towards a level 3 qualification in business administration as well as completing a 10 week work placement with a local employer.

The Business administration qualification will be contextualised to meet the needs of the logistics and manufacturing sectors and will include MS Office training and other digital and soft skills to include communication skills, CV writing and interview skills.

The MS Office training will focus on Excel training and will also include some elements of data analysis.
