Musgrave NI had the pleasure of hosting 11 sixth-form students from across Northern Ireland as part of the SistersIN Job Shadow Day, on Wednesday 25th February.
Joining their mentors, the schoolgirls saw and heard firsthand about life at Musgrave, including taking a tour of our warehouse and transport operations. They learned about their mentors’ career paths after school and had the opportunity to job shadow them before joining a career speed networking session where they met with colleagues from across the business.
Musgrave is proud to sponsor the SistersIN Leadership Programme for a second year running, with the programme supporting female pupils to become the leaders of tomorrow through leadership development training and mentorship.
