RE-GEN APPOINTS TONY DEMAINE AS CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Re-Gen is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Demaine as Chief Operations Officer (COO), further strengthening the company’s Executive Board, as it continues to scale its operations and drive sustainable growth.

In his role as COO, Tony will assume full responsibility for enhancing and optimising operational performance across Re-Gen’s waste processing facilities. He will lead the development of a fully integrated, high-performing operational model, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all sites.

Tony will oversee key operational functions including plant performance, health and safety, transport & logistics, engineering, and maintenance. His remit also encompasses cross-site capacity planning and the implementation of robust systems, processes, and organisational capability to support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.

Tony brings more than 42 years of senior management experience primarily across the agri-food sector. Prior to joining Re-Gen Tony had been Site Director at Cranswick Foods Northern Ireland. During his time here, he was recognised for his outstanding health & safety and staff engagement initiatives. Tony was integral in the business achieving a PAS 2060 carbon neutrality certification, the first ever in the agri-food business in Northern Ireland.

Regarded as a people-focused leader with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence, he is recognised for his hands-on leadership approach, combining strong analytical problem-solving capabilities with the ability to build, lead and motivate high-performing teams.
