PayEscape, a leader in payroll, HR, and time & attendance software and services, is excited to announce the appointment of Vanessa Hamilton as Managing Director.

Vanessa has been with PayEscape for nearly 11 years, holding a number of senior roles including Client Services Director and Operations Director. During this time, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency. In her new role, she will lead PayEscape’s UK operations and growth strategy across payroll, HR, and time & attendance solutions, building on the company’s strong reputation for innovation and service excellence.

The leadership transition sees John Borland, founder and Managing Director since 2006, move into the role of Executive Chairman. In this position, John will continue to guide the company’s long-term strategy, support partnerships, and ensure PayEscape remains firmly positioned for sustainable growth.
