NIMMS Ltd, is one of only a handful of companies in Northern Ireland to be a “Take 5 Workplace”.
We are delighted to have achieved Level 2 in the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing Workplace Accreditation with BITCNI and NHSCT.
In order to be awarded this achievement, NIMMS Ltd aligned existing initiatives with the “Take 5” framework; Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, & Give. Employees are encouraged to foster connections with colleagues & clients, engage in physical activities, remain mindful of their surroundings, pursue learning opportunities, and participate in community service projects both in their work lives and personal lives. Together and individually, employees are encouraged to think about their daily routines and how to embrace the 5 activities to support better health and wellbeing.
In January, we enjoyed a “Brew, Biscuit and Banter” coffee morning in aid of the Samaritans and we look forward to welcoming NI Chest Heart & Stroke to the office, who will be providing Well Checks for employees.
This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive workplace by embedding the Take 5 model into our wellbeing strategy.
