NI Water is celebrating after being recognised as the best of Belfast Business in becoming the inaugural winners of the Diversity and Inclusion award at the Belfast Chamber Business Awards.
The win is the latest achievement for the local utility, having recently picked up two prestigious diversity awards at the Responsible Business Awards in Northern Ireland; ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ and ‘Fair Chance For All’.
The Diversity and Inclusion award recognises organisations who exhibit exceptional practice and exemplary contributions towards improving diversity and inclusion in their business and/or industry.
Belfast Chamber’s independent panel of judges remarked on NI Water’s ‘outstanding and industry leading practices and commitment to diversity and inclusion in business which goes way beyond what is normal’.
