NI HR professionals invited to share thoughts on AI adoption in the workplace

Artificial intelligence is reshaping work, how roles are designed and decisions are made, but adoption remains uneven.
To build an evidence base for action, Lewis Silkin in partnership with MCS Group, are inviting HR professionals to complete a short survey to understand how HR teams across Northern Ireland are adopting AI.
The survey aims to explore how HR departments are using AI today, the challenges they face and the support needed.
Emma Grossmith, Managing Associate at Lewis Silkin said: “AI is changing how businesses make decisions about people every day. We’re seeking to gain a better understanding of what’s working, what’s not, and where capability gaps exist across leadership, governance, technology, and culture.
