NI Football League | Invitation to Tender – Signage Supplier

The Northern Ireland Football League (NIFL), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced signage companies to submit tenders for the design, manufacture, and installation of signage across NIFL member venues and associated facilities.
This opportunity includes, but is not limited to:
- Internal and external stadium signage production and installation
- Branding
- Media backgrounds
- Trophy plinths
- Presentation set ups
- Any associated maintenance or replacement works as required
Interested suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience in delivering high-quality signage solutions within sports or high-footfall environments, alongside appropriate health and safety compliance, insurance coverage, and the capacity to deliver within agreed timeframes. Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of best overall value, taking into account cost, quality, durability, delivery capability, and previous experience. NIFL is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and competitive process and encourages all eligible suppliers to participate.

Applications must be submitted by Monday 1st June 2026, 5:00pm.
The successful bidder will be notified in writing following the evaluation process. Following appointment, the selected contractor will be required to enter into a formal agreement with NIFL, at which point final contract terms, conditions, and project timelines will be agreed prior to commencement of works. Please note the contract is non-exclusive.
