Northern Ireland-based recruitment firm MPA Recruitment has been named one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies for the fifth consecutive year, achieving Gold status at the Deloitte Awards in Dublin on 26 September 2025.
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies programme recognises businesses that demonstrate excellence across strategy, governance, financial performance, organisational culture, talent management, and innovation. Aislean Nicholson, Partner at Deloitte Belfast, said: “It’s encouraging to see Northern Ireland companies recognised for their innovation, resilience, and commitment to excellence, alongside long-standing Gold and Platinum achievers.”
Glenn Shanley, Head of AIB Corporate Banking, added: “The winners share traits we see daily – facing challenges head-on, prioritising sustainability, and fostering a culture where ideas and feedback are encouraged. Congratulations to all winners.”
