To have three of our core black teas recognised in this way is something we’re incredibly proud of. Even more so because no other mainstream tea brand available across the UK and Republic of Ireland has achieved this level of recognition this year.
These awards reinforce something we’ve believed for generations: the quality of the cup starts with the quality of the leaf. While others compete on price, we’ve continued to invest in sourcing and blending better teas, because we believe that’s what delivers a genuinely better-tasting brew.
For 130 years, every weekly blend that leaves our Belfast factory has been taste tested and personally approved by a member of the Thompson family. That commitment to quality has never changed.
