Alan joined Grafton Plc in June 2024 as the Commercial Director for Macnaughton Blair and was appointed Managing Director in February 2025. Under his leadership, Macnaughton Blair operates 23 locations across Northern Ireland, encompassing the brands MacBlair, Watershed Bathrooms, Doorways, and Wood Floor Warehouse.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the building materials supply and distribution sectors, Alan has held senior leadership roles in both PLCs and private companies across Ireland, the UK, and European markets. His extensive background equips him with a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to driving growth and innovation.
