Leadership Programme – Common Purpose Beacon

Beacon, delivered by Common Purpose, is a CPD-accredited programme designed for emerging leaders who are taking on greater responsibility and influence within complex organisations. The programme focuses on building leadership capability, confidence and judgement, while also creating opportunities to connect with peers and senior leaders across the VCSE, public and private sectors.
Running from March to May 2026, the programme is delivered face-to-face in Dublin and Belfast. Participants gain practical tools they can apply immediately, alongside broader perspective gained through cross-sector learning and relationships.
Expressions of interest are submitted via the CO3 enquiry form, with Common Purpose following up directly on next steps.
