We have just returned from London after working with Crystal Palace FC, which received excellent feedback delivering Financial 1-1 Clinics for the staff, and they now plan to have these as annual Financial Reviews for staff.
Staff receive a 30-minute meeting with a fully qualified Financial Advisor to discuss their personal financial issues.
Many football clubs are very integrated into their local community, so as a Social Enterprise, we can combine offering Financial wellbeing for Employees while also increasing:

- Youth groups in the areas offered free Financial Life Skills courses as part of the contract
