Sign up now to join more than 300 people already registered to attend the Harkin International Disability Employment Summit on  7-8 June 2022 at the ICC Conference Centre Belfast.

Conceived in 2016 by Senator Tom Harkin, the Harkin Summit is internationally recognised as a platform that brings together leaders and activists across Business, Government, Philanthropy, the Third and Voluntary Sector, and Academia to highlight and address disability employment issues, showcase best practice and success, build relationships and challenge for change.

Harkin Belfast will feature presentations from experts and on-the-ground initiatives from all over the world including:

  • Andy Imparato, Executive Director of Disability Rights California
  • Crombie Angus film maker, musician and co-founder of Fionnathan Productions, a media, arts and education collaborative, with his father Jonathan
  • Author, actor and ambassador Cerrie Burnell who is best known for her work on BBC CBeebies where she broke down barriers, challenged stereotype and overcame discrimination to become one of the most visible disabled presenters on children’s television
