John Minnis Estate Agents has been honoured with the title Residential Estate Agency of the Year – Multi Branch, in a category sponsored by TLT.

This award celebrates the exceptional achievements of local agencies, recognising their excellence across sales, lettings, and property management.

For the firm, 2025 was a landmark year, marking 20 years at the forefront of the property market. Alongside the main accolade, the agency also picked up Marketing Campaign of the Year for its anniversary rebrand and innovative social media strategy.

Since opening in 2005, John Minnis Estate Agents has established itself as a trusted name in the industry, selling more than £1.6bn worth of property to date. The company now operates five branches across Belfast, Holywood, Bangor, Donaghadee, and Comber.

Company director John Minnis expressed his delight at the recognition:
