Position Overview:
Social Enterprise NI is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Membership Executive to join their team and contribute to the growth and support of their membership base.
Job Description:
The Membership Executive will play a crucial role in managing and servicing the growing membership base. Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate membership records, enhancing member engagement, and supporting the development and implementation of membership growth strategies. The role requires close collaboration with the wider team to ensure members receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of members.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, meeting KPI targets.
- Raise awareness of Social Enterprise NI across all sectors, emphasizing the benefits of membership.
- Organize and manage regional member events, activities, and programs.
- Handle member inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare, distribute, and update regular communication materials, such as newsletters and surveys.
- Ensure high satisfaction and retention levels of all members by providing excellent support.
- Collaborate with senior management on membership growth initiatives.
- Provide 1-2-1 support to members when needed.
- Monitor and report on membership trends and feedback.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizing and multitasking skills.
- Ability to engage with members and prospective members at all levels.
- Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under tight and demanding timelines, sometimes outside of normal office hours.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Social media content writing and engagement skills.
