Excellent networking opportunity to meet local social entrepreneurs in person and learn more about their business.
Are you part of a corporate organisation seeking to increase your social impact this year or in the near future? Join us on Thursday 21st September from 2pm – 5pm as we bring together social entrepreneurs and corporate organisations for an informal networking event.
The event will be held at Lislagan Farm, a local social enterprise in Ballymoney. The farm spans across 11-acres, including adequate outside space and an indoor centre to enable adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues to avail of friendship opportunities, health & wellbeing initiatives, and therapeutic interventions.
During the event, we will have a tour of the Lislagan Farm facilities, enjoy food on arrival and have a mini trading market for social enterprises to showcase their products & services to attendees. Don’t miss the chance to interact with social enterprise leaders and spark conversations about how they could support your supply chain.
Speaking about the upcoming event, Colin Jess, Chief Executive of Social Enterprise NI said: “We highly recommend that corporate representatives attend this event to engage and network with local social enterprises. We will have a selection of product and service based businesses to connect and interact with.”
“The event is an excellent opportunity for individuals to learn more about the fantastic social enterprises that currently operate in Northern Ireland, hear their stories and the positive impact they have socially and economically.”
“Our mini trading market will provide many opportunities for attendees to see products first hand and gather more information about the products and services they have to offer. No matter what industry you are in, a social enterprise can meet your corporate needs. We look forward to seeing you at the event on 21st September.”
