Leading manufacturing business Greiner Packaging has announced the launch of a new, comprehensive wellbeing programme designed in partnership with Incorporate Benefits.
The programme brings together a range of initiatives focused on mental health awareness, physical wellbeing, early intervention, and open communication and has been specifically designed to support colleagues working at all levels and across all shift patterns at the busy Dungannon site.
Paul Millar, General Manager at Greiner Packaging said: “Manufacturing is a fast-paced working environment and it’s vital we provide the right support to help our people thrive both inside and outside of work. Our wellbeing strategy with Incorporate Benefits is a clear commitment to listening, supporting and investing in our people. By supporting our people, we strengthen our business and build a positive forward-thinking culture.”
Kyla McCracken, People & Culture Lead at Greiner Packaging added: “this forms part of our wider people strategy of attraction and retention and has been designed to evolve with our workforce to create lasting change. We are delighted with the programme designed in partnership with Incorporate Benefits in that it is visible, accessible and practical for our day-to-day operations on site.”
Kyla continued: “This isn’t a one-off initiative but something we are committed to and place real value on. The programme includes confidential mental health support, focus on health and preventative care, and campaigns to encourage openness.”
Andrew Magill, Head of Wellbeing at Incorporate Benefits states: “We are proud to work with Greiner Packaging to advance their employee benefits and wellbeing strategy ensuring all colleagues have equal access to meaningful health and wellbeing support. There has been strong progress to date, and we’re excited to continue building on this as the strategy evolves to deliver even greater impact for the business.”
