Workforce Wellness is delighted to announce that our founder, Grace Smith, has been named Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 at the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Awards.
Selected from over 1,200 applications, this win is a huge honour and marks Grace’s eighth national award in just two years—a reflection of her relentless drive to reshape how wellbeing is seen and delivered across industries. Bringing this award home to Northern Ireland is another proud milestone on the Workforce Wellness journey.
Now in their eleventh year, the Rising Star Awards remain the first to spotlight the achievements of female entrepreneurs and executives, showcasing the talent pipeline and celebrating future leaders.
A huge thank you goes to Dr Vanessa Vallely OBE and Chantelle Akerman for their tireless work in levelling the playing field for women and ensuring voices like Grace’s are heard.
