The Mid South West (MSW) region’s Driving Net Zero Transformation programme is now open to eligible Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce members. This fully funded initiative offers expert guidance and support to businesses looking to reduce their carbon footprint and transition towards Net Zero.
In partnership with Carbonfit, a leader in carbon intelligence solutions, the programme simplifies the process of sustainability for businesses in three key sectors: Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering, Agri-Food, and Construction.
The programme provides:
- A 6-Part Webinar Series: A practical course to help businesses understand their carbon footprint and develop effective carbon reduction strategies. Upcoming webinars will cover topics like setting Net Zero goals, stakeholder engagement, and decarbonisation technologies. Full access to all webinars will be granted at the end of the programme.
- 1:1 Net-Zero Baseline and Action Plan: 90 businesses will have the chance to collaborate with the Carbonfit team to create a bespoke Net-Zero baseline and action plan, driving significant progress towards sustainability.
- Business Breakfast Events: Join peers and sustainability experts at the final business breakfast in Fermanagh on October 17th at the Manor House Hotel, with Foyle Food Group showcasing their journey as a local leader in sustainability.
Thanks to funding from Innovate UK’s ‘Fast Followers’ programme, this support is available free of charge to eligible NI Chamber members. The MSW region is one of just 21 Local Authority areas in the UK awarded this funding, making it a unique opportunity to access tailored advice at no cost.
