EY Northern Ireland announces partnership with SistersIN

EY Consulting Partner Judith Savage, Gillian McKeown, SistersIN and EY Director of Social Value Jo McGinley pictured at the announcement of EY Northern Ireland’s partnership with SistersIN, which will see female EY leaders acting as mentors to female students across Northern Ireland, offering advice, guidance, and insights into careers in professional services.

The SistersIN Leadership programme is an eight-month development journey for sixth form girls designed to build their confidence and broaden their career perspectives. The 2024 – 25 programme aims to include 700 girls across 50 schools in Northern Ireland, supported by 630 mentors.
