Another Busy Week at Dangle Academy as We Welcome New Trainees and Celebrate Major Milestones
It’s been another fast-paced week of training at Dangle Academy, with a fantastic group of candidates joining us from Northern Ireland Screen to complete their rope access certification. Their enthusiasm, commitment, and teamwork have made this an incredible week on the ropes, and we’re proud to support skills development within the growing film and screen industries here in Northern Ireland.
Alongside our training delivery, we’re delighted to share two major milestones for the Academy:
• Living Wage Accreditation — We are officially recognised as a Living Wage Employer, strengthening our commitment to fair pay and supporting long-term careers across the industrial services and training sectors.
• CITB NI Partnership — We are now an approved CITB NI training partner, enabling businesses and individuals to access eligible grants across our IRATA Rope Access, Train the Painter, and Workplace Health & Safety programmes. This partnership ensures greater accessibility to industry-leading training and supports the development of a skilled, future-ready workforce across Northern Ireland.
