Cutting Industries Limited Begins Journey Towards ISO 14001 Environmental Certification

Cutting Industries Limited is pleased to announce that we have begun the process of achieving ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, marking another important step in our commitment to responsible manufacturing and continuous improvement.

As a family-owned manufacturer based in Lisburn, Cutting Industries has spent almost 30 years supplying bespoke precision-cut components to customers across a wide range of industries. Throughout that time, we have continually invested in our people, processes and technology to deliver high-quality products while improving efficiency and reducing waste.

Working towards ISO 14001 demonstrates our commitment to understanding and reducing our environmental impact while embedding sustainable practices throughout the business.

The internationally recognised standard provides a structured framework for organisations to identify environmental opportunities, improve resource efficiency, minimise waste and ensure compliance with environmental legislation. While we already incorporate many of these practices into our day-to-day operations, achieving certification will strengthen our environmental management systems and provide a clear roadmap for continual improvement.

The project builds on Cutting Industries’ existing commitment to quality, with the company already certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. By adding ISO 14001 to its management systems, the company aims to further strengthen customer confidence while supporting sustainable growth for years to come.
