Cleaver Fulton Rankin has strengthened its Commercial Real Estate team with strategic new hires and promotions.
The Commercial Real Estate team has further enhanced its market-leading expertise with the appointment of new Director, Patrick O’Hanlon, who brings to the firm over 15 years’ legal experience, advising on property transactions across the UK.
The department also recently promoted Gerald Bradley to Senior Solicitor in recognition of his exceptional achievements and dedication to the firm’s valued Commercial Real Estate clients. Peter Longwell will be a further addition to the team, upon qualification as a Solicitor in January 2023, having already gained considerable dedicated commercial property experience during his traineeship.
The team has also received recognition in the UK’s leading legal directories. Earlier this year, Commercial Real Estate Director, Kathryn Collie, was listed as a Band 1 Lawyer in the Chambers UK Guide for 2023, a ranking reserved for practitioners considered leaders in their field. Kathryn also earned a place in the Legal 500’s Hall of Fame for 2023, while the Commercial Real Estate Team gained a prestigious Tier 1 ranking.
Cleaver Fulton Rankin was also recognised as one of the top five law firms in Northern Ireland in the Belfast Telegraph’s Best Law Firms List for 2023, being especially noted for its excellence in Commercial Property advice and services.
