Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been pleased to support Simon Community Northern Ireland as part of Business in the Community Northern Ireland’s (BITC NI) Cares at Christmas appeal and volunteering activity.

The law firm was delighted to take part in BITC NI’s annual appeal, which called for donations of food and personal care items for clients of Simon Community NI, a national charity that supports individuals and families facing homelessness in Northern Ireland. These items were assembled into gift hampers given to over 600 clients.

Most recently, during Volunteers’ Week 2023, employees from Cleaver Fulton Rankin volunteered at Simon Community in Belfast, where they spent a day assembling welcome packs for clients of the charity’s accommodation support services.

Kerri Bradley, HR Director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, comments:
“At Cleaver Fulton Rankin, we are proud to have a dedicated Responsible Business Programme that is focused on supporting local charities and causes through volunteering and donation initiatives. Our team were delighted to be able to support Simon Community NI through the Cares at Christmas Appeal and our recent volunteering activity. We look forward to continuing to support this fantastic charity through our ongoing CSR initiatives.”

Rebekah Barr, Volunteering Manager at Simon Community Northern Ireland, comments:

“We are so grateful to the Cleaver Fulton Rankin teams for their dedication and hard work put in through their volunteer activities over the past 6 months. Their efforts make a big difference here at Simon Community NI as the welcome packs created by the teams provide the basic essential items for the people who often arrive at our doors with little or nothing. We look forward to continuing to work together in the future and are thankful to the volunteer work achieved by Cleaver Fulton Rankin in aid of Simon Community NI so far.”
