Cleaver Fulton Rankin Builds on Growth with New Appointments and Promotion

Cleaver Fulton Rankin has strengthened its Dispute Resolution and Private Client teams with the appointment of two new professionals, alongside a key internal promotion within the firm.
The firm is pleased to welcome David Heatley as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. David brings extensive experience advising on contentious construction matters, as well as transactional and non‑contentious construction work, further enhancing the firm’s expertise in this area.
Cleaver Fulton Rankin also welcomes Morgan Finlay, who has joined the firm as a Solicitor in the Private Client team. Morgan’s experience across family and matrimonial matters, administration of estates, and enduring powers of attorney, further supports the firm’s offering to private clients.
In addition, the firm is delighted to announce the promotion of Joanne Graham to the role of Human Resources Executive. This promotion is a testament to Joanne’s hard work, commitment and contribution to the firm’s HR function.
