CBRE NI has made an appointment – Paddy Henry has been promoted to the role of Senior Director, Property and Facilities Management.

With extensive industry experience underpinned by a BSc MRICS qualification, Paddy has worked with a wide range of clients, including property developers, financial institutions and investment funds, delivering asset management initiatives, overseeing day-to-day property management activities and managing diverse site teams. As senior director, Paddy will now lead the daily operations of the Property and Facilities department, overseeing client service delivery, team management and operational performance.
