Carson McDowell’s Dublin Healthcare team achieves first ranking in Healthcare Litigation in the Chambers Europe Guide

Carson McDowell’s Dublin team has been recognised for the first time in the latest Chambers Europe guide with a Band 3 ranking for Dispute Resolution: Healthcare Litigation. This accolade is a testament to the team’s extensive sector knowledge, robust client relationships, and their growing reputation for providing expert guidance on complex healthcare disputes and associated regulatory matters.
Since opening its Dublin office in 2016, led by a leadership team including Roger McMillan, Managing Partner and Head of Healthcare, along with Partners Jacqueline McAleese, Leigh Linton and Francesca Lowry, the firm has established a strong practice in the region. The subsequent appointments of Partners Sinéad Keavey in 2020, Kathleen Byrne in 2022, and Deirdre Ryan in 2025 have been pivotal, supporting the development of a dynamic team now comprising over 30 professionals.
