Belfast’s business community is being encouraged to step out of the boardroom and onto the dancefloor as Strictly in the City returns to bring a unique Clash of the Corporates fundraising event to the city.

Local companies are invited to enter teams to take part in the Strictly-style competition where participants will receive 8 weeks of dance training before performing in front of a live audience.

Teams will compete across a range of dance styles, aiming to impress the judges and be crowned Corporate Dancing Champions!

Alongside the performances, each team will take on a fundraising challenge in support of Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, engaging colleagues, clients and wider networks to raise vital funds for local cancer support services.

The event will culminate in a grand finale on Friday 27th November at the Stormont Hotel, offering a fantastic evening of entertainment and a perfect opportunity for a corporate Christmas night out.

Eoin Caughey, Corporate Fundraising Officer at Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, said: “Strictly in the City is a fantastic way to bring the corporate community together, combining teamwork, creativity and fundraising for a vital cause. The support of local businesses is essential in helping us continue to deliver our services across Northern Ireland.”
