BodyScape & BodySpa has proudly selected Cancer Focus Northern Ireland as their official charity partner for 2026. Over the next year, the leading fitness and wellbeing club will unite its member community and staff team to deliver a series of health-focused fundraising activities that inspire movement, wellbeing and charitable impact. Funds raised will help ensure that the 1 in 2 people likely to face a cancer diagnosis in Northern Ireland can access support at every stage of their journey.
Throughout 2026, BodyScape & BodySpa will host a calendar of fitness-focused fundraising events and wellbeing initiatives including running Belfast Marathon, group challenges, Fitness Factors, outdoor community workouts, and educational talks on healthy living. Members and the wider public will have opportunities to get involved, stay active, and support Cancer Focus NI.
Simon Millar, Head of Leisure at BodyScape & BodySpa, said:
“At BodyScape, health sits at the core of who we are. We’re proud to support Cancer Focus Northern Ireland as our 2026 charity partner and to use our gym community for good. Cancer has touched so many lives, including those of our members, families, and friends, and we want to do our part to promote healthy living while supporting those affected. From fitness challenges to wellbeing events, we’re committed to helping this incredible charity continue its vital work across Northern Ireland.”
Alongside fundraising, BodyScape & BodySpa will prioritise the wellbeing of members and staff by partnering with Cancer Focus NI to deliver prevention and health promotion initiatives such as care in the sun clinics, stop smoking support, and educational sessions on healthy lifestyle choices; all reinforcing the powerful link between active living and reduced cancer risk.
Eoin Caughey, Corporate Fundraising Officer at Cancer Focus NI, welcomed the collaboration:
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with BodyScape & BodySpa for 2026. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to healthier communities, active living, and improved support for those affected by cancer. With BodyScape’s fitness expertise and passionate member base, we’re excited to raise awareness of cancer prevention and bring vital services to more people across Northern Ireland.”
As part of its new strategic direction, Cancer Focus NI has begun establishing a network of Therapeutic Support Centres across Northern Ireland, with the first now open in Enniskillen and more planned in the coming years. The backing of local businesses and community partners will play a key role in making this vision a reality.
