Bell Contracts Returns as Headline Sponsor of AWARE NI’s Giant Steps Walk

AWARE NI has announced the return of its flagship fundraising event, Giant Steps, with Bell Contracts confirmed as headline sponsor for the second year running.
The event takes place along the Causeway Coast on Saturday, 6 June and supports vital mental health services across Northern Ireland.
Now in its fifth year, Giant Steps has raised over £200,000 to date for AWARE NI, helping sustain essential mental health services at a time of increasing demand. The walk offers 7-, 13-, and 20-mile routes, making it accessible to individuals, workplace teams, and community groups.
Bell Contracts’ Social Value Manager, Barry Potter, said the company was proud to continue its support of the event, highlighting the importance of mental health in every community and the positive impact of partnering with AWARE NI.
AWARE NI Community and Events Officer Bridie Kelly welcomed the continued partnership, noting that Bell Contracts’ support helps ensure people across Northern Ireland can access peer-led mental health support when they need it most.
Registration for Giant Steps is now open, with participants encouraged to raise £100 in sponsorship to support AWARE NI’s services.
