Belfast Grand Central Station recently hosted a Belfast Business Promise Learning Day with a focus on ‘Protecting our Environment’. Guest speakers, including representatives from Queen’s University, Belfast City Council and Translink, examined the importance of organisations embracing sustainability and climate action. Translink encouraged local businesses to join the drive for modal shift towards more sustainable travel by signing-up to its ‘Better on Board’ public transport charter which promotes workplace active travel options and forms part of the Belfast Business Promise accreditation process.
