Attention X launches new Voice of Authority podcast

Lisburn-based strategic video marketing company Attention X has launched a new business podcast, Voice of Authority, hosted by Creative Director Alastair Luke.
The podcast will feature conversations with founders, CEOs and industry leaders, exploring not only their business experience, but the ideas, knowledge and stories that have helped them build authority and create impact within their industries.
The first episode, released today, features Ryan Tierney, founder of Lean Made Simple and Managing Director of Sperrin Metal.
Alastair and Ryan have worked together for four years, creating content that has helped take Ryan’s lean manufacturing message to millions of people around the world. However, this is the first time the pair have sat down publicly to explore the impact that creating content has had on Ryan personally and professionally.
During the conversation, Ryan describes how he began creating simple videos after discovering lean manufacturing through YouTube himself. What started as a way to help other business owners has since led to international speaking opportunities, relationships with global organisations including Toyota, millions of video views and unexpected business opportunities.
Ryan says: “Content changed my life.”
The episode also explores personal branding, creating valuable content for niche audiences, overcoming the fear of being on camera, the role of employees as brand ambassadors, AI and authenticity, and why business leaders should focus on progress rather than perfection.
