Arts & Business NI business event – Reconnection: Supporting Staff Cohesion and Wellbeing

Our Reconnection event, will showcase how our arts members can provide unique creative solutions to reconnection challenges currently faced by many businesses.

Catherine Dolliver, Wellbeing Lead at PwC, will tell us how PwC are fostering staff cohesion and supporting wellbeing within their teams. Sara Allen, Communications Manager at Citi, will share the details of their wellbeing programme and we will enjoy a performance by the Citi workplace choir. Conor O’Brien of Belfast Exposed will introduce us to their successful Wellbeing Through Photography programmes.

We will experience for ourselves some of the fabulous creative initiatives available from our arts professionals, which support reconnection in all its forms.

The second half of the event will be devoted to networking – guests will have the opportunity to speak directly with local professional artists, who will bring their creative ideas to life, outlining the tangible business benefits including nurturing innovative thinking, building a sense of team, supporting mental/physical health and wellbeing, and having fun.
