As Men’s Health Awareness Month comes to an end, Cancer Focus NI are delighted to announce their new charity partner NI Washrooms Ltd.
Throughout the month of November the local business have been incredibly busy with their BoysNeedBins campaign, showing support and raising vital funds for the 1,300 men who are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year in Northern Ireland.
For these men, access to safe and hygienic disposal options for products like incontinence pads, stoma bags, or catheter waste in male toilets is vital, and that is why NI Washrooms are breaking the stigma with their newly launched Male Hygiene Bin, designed specifically for male bathrooms.
Making men’s health a priority all year round, the Belfast based company are encouraging other local businesses to join the campaign and make a difference to their male employees and customers. NI Washrooms will install and maintain the Male Hygiene Bin and in return, 100% of the customer charge will be donated to Cancer Focus Northern Ireland.
We have just had our very own Male Hygiene Bin installed and also continue to support local men diagnosed with prostate cancer through our services, including counselling and support groups.
