Enhance your self-awareness and deepen your knowledge of professional attributes, behaviours, and skills with our 8-week leadership module, starting January 2025.
This unique module is designed to ignite the leaders of tomorrow, through a work-based learning approach you will plan and develop your professional leadership abilities as well as this you will also complete 15 credits which is formally accredited and may also count towards the achievement of the Postgraduate Certificate in Professional development at Ulster University.
The five key attributes from the Ulster BRAVE Framework: Bold, Resilient, Authentic, Versatile & Empowering will be embedded in the module.
This DFE programme is funded by the Skills Fund, aligning with Minister’s Economic Vision.
