Event Description
This webinar will begin with an introduction to the principles of Industry 5.0, for manufacturing, utilising a human centred design approach to drive efficiencies, whilst supporting sustainable practices.
Discussions will focus on how IoT technologies can help manufacturers gain automated insights into their production processes to measure and optimise resource and energy use, thereby reducing environmental impact and operational costs.
As the first in our series we excited to be joined by Adrian Davis (AD Sustainability). Adrian is a Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and is a Chartered Environmentalist. Adrian will provide insights on how he has helped various organisations measure and reduce their carbon emissions, simplifying the carbon management journey.
The session will also include opportunities for interactive Q&A, allowing participants to engage with experts, and will conclude with details on the opportunity to engage on a proof-of-concept majority funded by Smart Manufacturing Data Hub.
