This third webinar will provide more details on the next phase of the Trader Support Service; it will summarise and answer your most relevant Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and will signpost to milestones and the key timelines leading up to the planned 20 October 2026 transition to the new service.
The project delivery team will provide an update on the Private Beta user test pilot that went live on Thursday 9 July 2026.
It will also direct you to further guidance and support to help you prepare and offers you a further live opportunity to ask questions about the planned changes.
Who Should Attend And Why
This webinar is for anyone with an interest in the movement of goods between Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI), whether you are a current TSS user.
By attending the webinar, you will learn how we will support you to prepare for the next phase of the TSS. It will also remind you on how to get involved in the Private Beta user test phase and the key milestones and timelines to be aware of and actions you need to take.
