The William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s University Belfast is pleased to host an information session on the 31st May 2016. At the session we will be explaining our view on the future of leadership and the thinking behind our upcoming schedule of leadership programmes.
This event will begin at 08:00 with breakfast, an opportunity to meet the team of leadership programme directors and some networking. The address will begin at 08:30, followed by an opportunity to find out more about the leadership development that works for you.
Programmes that you will have the opportunity to look at include:
The New Leaders Programme – aimed at those taking their first steps on their leadership journey, ensuring that best practice and personal values are instilled and recognised at this crucial stage of development.
The Emerging Leaders Programme – aimed at high potential middle managers new to a wider leadership role, functional or technical specialists with potential to move into more strategic roles and successors looking to quickly accelerate their development in the leadership space.
The Business Leaders Programme – aimed at Chief Executives/Directors/Functional heads from both the private and public sector.
The Sales Leadership Programme – aimed at Sales Directors or Managers, Executives new to senior sales roles, entrepreneurs or owners.
The Leading Effective Boards Programme – Aimed at new and established board members alike. This programme focuses on the leadership competencies required to achieve excellence in practice for a company board or a collaborative partnership.
Finance For Non-Financial Managers Short Course – The role of a leader is changing and one of the key expectations is the ability to manage, understand and interpret financial information.
