Event Description
Combining physical theatre training with creative therapy techniques, this workshop focuses primarily on the impact of stress on the body/mind and what we can do to manage, alleviate, and reclaim a sense of balance in our daily and working lives.
About the event leader
The workshop, led by Artistic Director and accredited Creative Therapist and meditation facilitator, Patrick O’Reilly also focuses on self-awareness practice and will offer solutions to create a sense of space and clarity in our busy working lives.
