Event Description
The Army’s Intelligence Corps, supported by Defence Relationship Management Northern Ireland (DRM), is inviting organisations from across Northern Ireland to take part in the Intelligence Challenge 2026.
As part of DRM’s employer engagement programme, this unique event has been designed to strengthen links between Defence and industry, while offering organisations an engaging team-building and leadership development experience.

Working in teams of up to six, participants will tackle a series of practical and analytical challenges inspired by the work of the Intelligence Corps, including:
• Intelligence and link analysis
• Signals and communications
• Codes and ciphers
• Digital exploitation
• Search techniques
• Critical path analysis
• Indoor range experience
Throughout the day, teams will develop skills directly transferable to the workplace, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, analytical reasoning and decision-making under pressure.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen teamwork, develop leadership capability, reward colleagues or simply enjoy a unique day away from the office, the Intelligence Challenge promises an engaging experience.
Teams of up to six are welcome. If you don’t have a full team, let us know and we’ll do our best to match you with others where possible.
