Dr Tahera, Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management at The Open University, has developed an innovative online tool to systematically prioritise testing activities, integrating the multiple stakeholder perspectives, including, Voice of the Customer, Voice of Regulation and Voice of Business.

MEs are invited to join us at The Open University in Belfast where Dr Tahera will introduce the tool to help SMEs make better decisions about what product tests to run – cutting time-to-market, cost, and unnecessary effort. Light lunch included.

SMEs will:

Try out the tool in a live demo
Reflect on their own testing strategies
Access to follow-up support
Help shape future development of the tool and contribute to case studies
