Designed for manufacturers, SMEs, engineering teams, product development teams, quality managers and business leaders, the VVT Prioritisation Tool connects customer needs, compliance requirements, risk and business objectives in one clear process.

When developing a new product, one of the biggest challenges for manufacturers is understanding:

• what needs to be tested,

• when to test it, and

• which tests matter most.

The VVT Prioritisation Tool helps manufacturers take the guesswork out of product testing. It provides teams with a structured way to prioritise verification, validation and testing activities, enabling focus on the areas carrying the greatest risk, cost or customer impact.

As a participant, you will:

• Learn how the VVT tool can integrate with established methods such as QFD (Voice of Customer), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R).

• Explore longer-term opportunities for commercial access to the VVT tool and wider partnership opportunities with The Open University.
