Event Description
Join RenewableNI on Thursday 24 October as NI’s premier renewable energy event returns.
Smart Energy attendees will play a pivotal role in shaping a future powered by dependable local generated renewable electricity.
The NI Climate Change Act set a target of 80% renewables by 2030. This will require more than doubling the renewable electricity generation, connecting 2.5GW of new generation, to meet the growth in demand as we electrify heat and transport.
In 2035 NI will have a thriving renewables sector delivering significant additional installed capacity, revolutionising how we generate and use energy.
